Virtual Consultation

Please complete the short form below for your consultation with Dr. Kohan. You will then be asked to fill out a consultation form and send your photos as instructed per our staff showing your areas of concern (see more details below). Dr. Kohan will personally review this information virtually at no charge. Allow up to 2 business days for processing due to high demand.

If suitable for your desired procedure, our surgical consultant will contact you and provide you with a quote before moving forward with scheduling. Payment is required at scheduling, subject to our 48-hour cancellation policy. Dr. Kohan may request an in-person consultation for complex or revision surgeries. Dr. Emil Kohan also welcomes out of state or international patients.

Photo Guidelines - Please note that you will not be considered for a virtual consultation if your photos are missing. Rest assured, Dr. Kohan's office maintains HIPAA compliance. All of your information and photos are protected and encrypted.

• No need to include your face. Feel free to crop it from your photos or use an emoji!
• Use proper lighting against a solid background.
• Be near nude for clear visibility. If you don't feel comfortable, you can use an undergarment or bathing suit.
• Ask someone else to take photos for the best quality.
• Photos should be recent and under 3MB each.
